Harris says Trump 'is a fascist' after John Kelly says the former president wanted generals like Hitler's

Vice President Kamala Harris says she believes Donald Trump “is a fascist.” Her comment comes after Trump's his longest-serving chief of staff said the former president praised Adolf Hitler while in office and put personal loyalty above the Constitution.
