• Join the Relay for Life TOMORROW on Saturday, May 18 beginning at 2:00 pm at the Market Park Pavilion in Downtown Athens for the Family Festival of Hope. Activities include: Axe Throwing, Crafts and Food, Live Auction, Entertainment, Inflatables, Games, Fire Truck Pull and more. This is a free event and everyone is encouraged to attend. • Bohannon Farms’ 2nd Annual Open House is TOMORROW, Saturday, May 18th at 144 County Road 219 near Niota. The store opens at 10 am with 10% off everything instock. Free lunch beginning at 11 am. • The “My Weekend is Booked” Adult Book Club will meet tomorrow Saturday, May 18th at 2:30 pm at E.G. Fisher Public Library. Also, if you would like to volunteer at the library over the summer, drop in any time for a 20-minute training session on Thursday, May 23 from 6 - 7:30 pm or Friday, May 24, from noon - 1:30pm.
