My Take:

I organized a NO KINGS rally in the next town over the other day. I could have gone to the rallys in the bigger towns, but I wanted to protest locally. I want the people in my area to know that we (liberals, gays, antifa, progressives) are among them and not just in the big towns and cities. I am hoping it pierce the ignorant bubble they surround themselves in. We had a counter protester at our rally and I was fascinated by his strength of conviction, he seemed almost desperate for us to change our minds and wanted to force his thinking onto us. That strength of conviction is what we need to have to continue our fight for the soul of our country.
