As far as prosecutors are concerned, we do that all the time. Criminals don’t surround themselves with altar boys. Donald Trump is no exception.

The Friends of the Library Book Sale is set for Thursday, June 20 - Sunday, June 23. The book sale will once again occur at the McMinn County High School Cafeteria. This event is a yearly fundraiser with all proceeds benefitting the E.G. Fisher Public Library. All types of books from Fiction to Non-Fiction, in hardback and paperback will be for sale. • The McMinn County Commission's Emergency Services Committee will meet on Monday May 20th, 2024, at 5:45 pm, in the Blue Room of the McMinn County Courthouse. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss 911 contract renewal.

• The McMinn County Election Commission will meet in Regular Session on Tuesday, May 21 at 5 pm in the Conference Room of the McMinn County Courthouse and will conduct any election business to legally come before the board. The agenda will be posted on the bulletin board at the Election Office by Wednesday, May 15.
