The Good Faith Clinic will be open TODAY at 3 p.m. for refills and at 3:30 p.m. for doctor visits. The Good Faith Clinic is free primary health care for residents of McMinn and Meigs counties, ages of 18-64, who do not have any form of medical insurance, including TennCare. The clinic meets on the campus of Christ Community Church at 18 S Congress Parkway in Athens. Be advised that this week they will not have access to the church so triage will be set up on the clinic deck. Please Dress Accordingly. REMINDER: The Good Faith Clinic is open the 2nd, 4th, and 5th, Tuesday of each month.

The City of Niota will have a called Commission Meeting on Thursday, March 28 at 11 am in the Niota City Hall. On the agenda: Ordinance on burn permits. Also, Niota will be having its annual Easter Egg Hunt this Saturday at 10 am at the depot.

Today’s Holy Week service is being observed at St. Paul’s Episcopal which will be hosting Rev. Sheryl Bourne. Service starts at noon, with a light lunch and fellowship to follow. Services hosted by the Athens/McMinn Ministerial Fellowship
